Holy crap, 5.1.0 driver does work with El Capitan. I'm running BetterTouchTool, and USB Overdrive for my mouse/keyboard remap apps. I only disabled USB overdrive, and restarted my computer, the settings on Elecom MA 5.1.0 immediately works on my El Capitan install on the Mac Pro. All buttons on the Huge, including the 3 FN buttons work flawlessly.
